Exchange and Return Policy

Users are advised to read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Amely. This Return and Refund Policy for Amely is managed under the terms and conditions policy. 

In case of exchange

We hold the rights to charge the shipping costs from Amely office, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India to the customer address. We will also charge the shipping cost incurred as the return shipping from customers address or destination to our office will be charged.

As a processing fee we will retain 12% of the total costs incurred during the exchange process.

We will release the refunds only after we receive the receipt of the material or goods in an unobjectionable condition.

Exchange amount will be :

The original amount paid – The costs of shipping (to and from) of original order and less the processing fee.

It is mandatory for the customers that he or she will return all items in their original packaging along with a copy of our invoice and these must be packed together in a separate and secure box. We strictly condemn the acceptance of any used packs of supplies or partial or items returned in envelopes.

Order Cancellation Policy

Option A:

If a customer buys a particular product and after placing the order he or she wants to change their mind and wants to buy another product from our website, they can do that.

To proceed with the process, customers need to email us.  And our executives will help customers in ordering another product and adjust the price difference over email.

Option B:

We will not entertain any request of cancellation in the case where customer purchased a product and later they want to cancel it for any reason. Amely will not entertain that kind of cancellation requests, because the purchase decision was made and the order was placed after seeing the product on our website.

Customers will not be obliged with any cancellation/refund. In such case the client can anytime contact us and we will ship blank invitations instead.

Return Policy

We will not entertain any return or refund on grounds, if customer not liking the design or pattern of product, slightly paper, color variation from our online samples. In such a situation, PaperQue will accept only exchange requests as per our exchange policy.

Customers are given full liberty to choose the choices of wedding invitations from the collection published on our website. Customers can see multiple pictures or videos of the wedding cards before making up their decision or ordering in quantities.

We must tell in advance that the colors which are displayed on your monitor may vary from our actual printed invitation cards.

There is a slight difference in the Silk Handmade paper as well. They  may vary on the basis of both, GSM (grams per square meter) and hues. A variation of ±5% is an acceptable norm around the world. Customers should understand that they can experience minor variations in terms of paper of other grades too.

Colors, Paper, Dimensions are Slightly Different Then Website

Team PaperQue always strives to offer the cards of the same colors or size as mentioned on our website.

There will be some circumstances when the color or size of the printed card may vary slightly from the sizes mentioned on the website. In the process of providing customers with the best invitation, we reserve our rights to make slight change or alterations in their size.

There are no provisions of taking back the cards, once supplied. Wedding invitation cards once out for delivery will not be taken back or returned on the basis of alterations from the samples displayed on website. If we understand that there is a big change from what have displayed on the website then only the product will be returned.

In case if you want to return the invitations, then please write us to info@paperque.com along with complete details of why the cards should be returned. Our team of experienced support executives will try to resolve your problems first and in case there is no solutions can be reached at, your money will be refunded.

Refund Order Status

The money refund process will take 5 working days from the date of receipt of goods to process the refund order.

NOTE – Only Blank/Plain wedding invitation cards can be exchanged. TEXT PRINTED CARDS cannot be EXCHANGED
